Disability care is a range of support services designed to assist individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities and achieve their goals. These services may include personal care, transportation, support coordinaton and more.
You can pay for your support or support coordination directly from you NDIS funding, managed or self-managed plan.
This depends on your core funding and your plan. We are happy to help you access your plan to see what is available to you.
We are proudly a discrimination free provider. We have staff trained within the LGBTQI+ community and offer a range of connecting services with LGBTQI+ training.
Disability care services are designed to support individuals with a range of physical, mental, and intellectual disabilities, as well as seniors and elderly individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.
We offer disability and mental health support all over the Newcastle and Hunter Valley region.
We currently don’t have any in house group activities, however we are happy to offer support workers to take you to your group activities or we have a wealth of other providers we can refer you to
